2. Actions Upon Receiving a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
✅ Investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
✅ Notify the content owner regarding the takedown.
✅ Terminate repeat infringers’ access to our services if necessary.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the content removed was done so in error or is not infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notice including:

  1. Identification of the removed content and where it previously appeared.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was mistakenly removed.
  3. Your contact details (full name, address, phone number, email).

4. Misrepresentation & Legal Consequences
